B.C. Reg. 111/2020 , deposited May 27, 2020, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated May 27, 2020.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum

Resources, order as follows:

(

a) the prohibition established by B.C. Reg. 126/73 is revoked, any mineral or

placer reserve established by B.C. Reg. 126/73 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 126/73 is

repealed;

(

b) the coal land reserve established by O.I.C. 1636/73 is cancelled and O.I.C.

1636/73 is repealed;

(

c) any coal land reserve established by O.I.C. 4033/74 is cancelled and O.I.C.

4033/74 is repealed;

(

d) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals established by B.C. Reg. 6/91

is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 6/91 is repealed;

(

e) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule;

(

f) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals established by B.C. Reg. 273/2007

is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 273/2007 is repealed;

(

g) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations)

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached

Schedule;

(

h) the Mineral Land Reserve (Conditional Mineral and Placer Claim Registrations)

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 2/2008, is amended as set out in

section 3 of the attached Schedule;

(

i) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010,

is amended as set out in

section 4 of the attached Schedule;

(

j) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 171/2011, is amended as set out in

section 5 of the attached Schedule.
