OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 4, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2000, the Medical Laboratory Technology Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Monica Moriarty of Garden Lots, Lunenburg County, and Lori Peters of Stellarton, Pictou County, as members representing the public, on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Medical Laboratory Technologists, each for a term of two (2) years commencing December 14, 2022; and (

b) reappoint Phillip Veinotte of Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, as a member representing the public on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Medical Laboratory Technologists for a term of two (2) years commencing December 14, 2022.
