Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1993, the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act , is pleased to nominate Frank J. Balcom of Amherst, Cumberland County, for re-appointment as the member representing Nova Scotia (Mainland Region) to the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission, for a term of office as determined by the Council of Atlantic Premiers.
