Section 28 of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2024,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2021, the Interim Residential Rental Increase Cap Act, and
Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 1 and 2, 4 to 8 and 10 to 23 of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2024,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2021, the Interim Residential Rental Increase Cap Act, and
Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act, do come into force on and not before April 30, 2025.
