B.C. Reg. 297/2012 , deposited October 11, 2012, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated October 11, 2012.

I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Natural Gas, order that

(

a) B.C. Reg. 272/2002 is repealed,

(

b) B.C. Reg. 306/2002 is repealed,

(

c) B.C. Reg. 223/2001 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule, and

(

d) B.C. Reg. 101/2003 is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule.

1 B.C. Reg. 223/2001 is amended by cancelling the following reserves and deleting the corresponding sketches:

(

a) Beaumont Marine – South Pender Island;

(

d) Channel Islands;

(

e) D'Arcy Island;

(

f) Dock and Imrie Islands;

(

g) East Point / Rolling Reef – Saturna Island;

(

h) Hawkins Island;

(

i) Isabella Island;

(

j) Isle-de-Lis;

(

k) Java Islets;

(

l) Mt. David – Saturna Island;

(

m) Mt. Fisher – Saturna Island;

(

n) Mt. Warbuton Pike – Saturna Island;

(

o) Plumper Sound – North Pender Island;

(

p) Portlock Point – Prevost Island;

(

q) Red Islets;

(

r) Russell Island;

(

s) Samuel Island;

(

t) Taylor Point – Saturna Island;

(

u) Tumbo and Cabbage Islands;

(

v) Winter Cove East – Saturna Island.

2 B.C. Reg. 101/2003 is amended by cancelling the following reserves and deleting the corresponding sketches:

(

a) Sidney Spit Foreshore;

(

b) James Bay – Prevost Island – Site 2;

(

c) Russell Island Foreshore.
