OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated February 7, 2000, pursuant to subsections 68(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (10) and (11) of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as employee representatives, to the list of persons from which an appeal panel may be designated pursuant to subsection 68(2) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, each for a three (3) year term of office, commencing February 1, 2000: Betty Jean Sutherland of Westville, Pictou County; Deborah Ryan of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; John K. Kennedy of R.R.#1 Cleveland, Richmond County; and (
b) continue to fix the remuneration of Betty Jean Sutherland, Deborah Ryan and John K. Kennedy at one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each day of attendance to the business of an appeal panel at the instruction of the chair or the appeal office, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred by them in the course of carrying out their duties for an appeal panel.
