Order in Council 1709/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (4) of the Securities Act ,

Frances Kordyback of Toronto

is reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding three (3) years, effective the later of February 27, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
