Order in Council 76/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 378/2018, dated March 7, 2018, Maureen Anne Van Alstine was appointed as a part-time member of the Town of Espanola Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective March 7, 2018;

and

whereas Maureen Anne Van Alstine has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 378/2018, dated March 7, 2018 appointing Maureen Anne Van Alstine as a member of the Town of Espanola Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
