OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated February 10, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 24, 2023, to authorize the Minister of Environment and Climate Change entering into a contribution agreement with Parks Canada to support work associated with the proposed National Urban Park in the Blue Mountain-Birch Cove Lakes area, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
