Order in Council 84/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 159/2018, dated February 8, 2018 Clark Moore MacFarlane was appointed as a member of the City of Timmins Police Services Board for a period of two years effective February 8, 2018;

And

whereas Clark Moore MacFarlane has, in writing, resigned his appointment, effective August 1, 2018;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 159/2018, dated February 8, 2018 appointing Clark Moore MacFarlane as a member of the City of Timmins Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective August 1, 2018.
