OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, dated October 10, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 672.38 of
Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Dr. Simeon Hanson of Wolfville, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board made by Order in Council 2018-9 dated January 16, 2018, effective October 29, 2019.
