JEANNOT VOLPÉ 1 2006 BILL 85 Appropriations Act 2006-2007 Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: There may be paid out of the Consolidated Fund a sum not exceeding in the whole $5,590,295,000 to be applied towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the public service, not otherwise provided for, from the first day of April, 2006 to the thirty-first day of March, 2007 as set forth in the

Schedule following, and such sum shall be paid and applied only in accordance with the votes set forth in the Main Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2007 upon which document the

Schedule is based.
