EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE This Bill amends The Balanced Budget, Fiscal Management and Taxpayer Accountability Act . The budget tabled in the Legislative Assembly must include h a comparison of each fee amount charged to the public for the current fiscal year and the previous fiscal year and an itemization of the increase in total revenue resulting from those increased fee amounts; and h an itemization of each revenue increase resulting from an expansion of the tax base. a) a

b) a

schedule itemizing each increase in revenue resulting from an expansion of a tax base set out in a tax Act. (
