Order in Council 1703/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 ,

Vivek Goel of Toronto

be appointed and designated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
