OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 1, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 12 of
Chapter 195 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Act, is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Minister of Health to the regulations respecting communicable diseases made by the Minister of Health and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated May 14, 1957, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on April 1, 2003.
