Statute: Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated September 11, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1990, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Jennifer Collishaw of Canning, Kings County as a member of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre for a term of three years commencing September 28, 2018; and (

b) order that Jennifer Collishaw be remunerated for her service in the amount of $1,800 per year, on a pro rata basis, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling her duties as a member, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
