OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated May 24, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 302 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Grants Act , is pleased to determine that the total municipal financial capacity grants payable to municipalities in the fiscal year 2022-2023 shall be $30.4 million.
