Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995, the Highway 104 Western Alignment Act, is pleased to reappoint Peter Hackett of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as the sole Director of the Highway 104 Western Alignment Corporation for a term of two years commencing April 27, 2021.
