Order in Council 114/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 15(1) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 , the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) be assessed in each fiscal year beginning April 1, 2019 with respect to all expenses and expenditures that the Ministry of Finance has incurred and made in respect of preparing the Authority to carry out its regulatory function and in respect of the regulated sectors.
