Order in Council 892/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 330/2015, dated the 25th day of March 2015, Thomas B. Ryan was reappointed as a member of the City of Brantford Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from March 25, 2015;

And

whereas Thomas B. Ryan has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of Brantford Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Thomas B. Ryan is hereby further reappointed as a member of the City of Brantford Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
