Order in Council 1093/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Malcolm Heins was reappointed as part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective June 6, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 732/2021;

And

whereas Malcolm Heins tendered his resignation effective April 19, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 2020 , Order in Council O.C. 732/2021 be revoked effective April 19, 2022.
