CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Financial Administration Act, 1993 (Assented to May 20, 2010) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Financial Administration Amendment Act, 2010. S.S. 1993, c.F-13.4,

section 18.1 amended Clause 18.1(1)(

a) of The Financial Administration Act, 1993 is amended: (

a) by striking out “department ” wherever it appears and in each case substituting “ministry”; (

b) by striking out “ and” after subclause (ii); (

c) by adding “ and” after subclause (iii); and (

d) by adding the following subclause after subclause (iii): “(iv) any other amount expended by that ministry for the fiscal year for a purpose that is not associated with operating, preserving or maintaining provincial road infrastructure and that is prescribed in the regulations”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 2009.
