OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 27, 2002, pursuant to the Public Service Act, the Civil Service Act, the

Interpretation Act and all other power and authority in her vested, is pleased, effective December 2, 2002, to: (

a) revoke the appointments of William D. Hogg, CA, as Deputy Minister of the Department of Finance, Howard Windsor as Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Public Works and Brian Stonehouse as Deputy Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations; (

b) appoint William D. Hogg, CA, as Special Projects Advisor; Howard Windsor as Deputy Minister of the Department of Finance and Brian Stonehouse as Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Public Works; (

c) designate William D. Hogg, CA, Howard Windsor and Brian Stonehouse as deputy heads within the meaning of the Civil Service Act and the Public Service Act, and direct that they shall receive all customary benefits associated with the position of deputy head; (

d) designate William D. Hogg, CA, Howard Windsor and Brian Stonehouse to be and to have been employees for the purpose of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and (

e) fix and determine the salaries of William Hogg, CA, Howard Windsor and Brian Stonehouse to be paid at such rate as may be determined by Treasury and Policy Board in accordance with the Deputy Ministers' Pay Plan approved from time to time by Executive Council.
