CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Wakamow Valley Authority Act (Assented to May 4, 1993) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Wakamow Valley Authority Amendment Act, 1993. S.S. 1980-81, c.W-1.1 amended The Wakamow Valley Authority Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section repealed

Section is repealed.

Section amended Subsection 70(2) is amended by striking out Afive@ and substituting Aseven@. Coming into force 5(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on the day of assent.

(2) Section of this Act comes into force on the day of assent, but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1992.
