CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Provincial Mediation Board Act (Assented to December 12, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Provincial Mediation Board Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c.P-33,

section amended Subsections 3(11) and (12) of The Provincial Mediation Board Act are repealed and the following substituted: “

(11) The staff of the board consists of a secretary and any other employees that are considered necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the board, and The Public Service Act, The Public Service Superannuation Act and The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act apply to the staff of the board. “

(12) The salaries of the members of the board and the expenses of the board are to be paid out of moneys appropriated by the Legislature for the purpose”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
