OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 11, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated April 23, 2014, to provide financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Slyce Inc. in an amount not to exceed Four Million, Four Hundred and Thirty Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($4,433,250.00).
