On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Exemption from Industrial Improvements Regulation, B.C. Reg. 97/88, is amended in item 4 of the Table, under Column 2, by striking out "24 million" and substituting "100 million". — S. HAGEN, Minister of Sustainable Resource Management; G.
