Order in Council 107/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 65 (1) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint a Transition Supervisory Officer for the Ontario College of Teachers;

And

whereas subsection 65 (6) of said Act provides that the expenses and remuneration of the Transition Supervisory Officer shall be paid by the Ontario College of Teachers;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 65 (1) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 ,

Paul Boniferro of Toronto

be appointed as the Transition Supervisory Officer for the Ontario College of Teachers to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one (1) year, effective the later of February 1, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
