OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Public Works dated April 30, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 16 of the

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased, effective on and after September 24, 2024, for the purposes of design and construction of three modular dialysis centres, to: (

a) approve the making of a grant or grants by the Minister of Health and Wellness to the Nova Scotia Health Authority; and (

b) authorize the Nova Scotia Health Authority entering into net debt obligations by acquiring tangible capital assets, and to execute such agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with such transactions.
