B.C. Reg. 146/2013 , deposited March 27, 2013, pursuant to the ENVIRONMENT AND LAND USE ACT [section 7] and the PROTECTED AREAS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AMENDMENT ACT, 2013 [section 8]. Order in Council 187/2013, approved and ordered March 27, 2013.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) section 3 of the Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2013, S.B.C. 2013, c. 3 is brought into force, and

(

b) on the coming into force of

section 3 of the Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2013 , the attached Elk Falls Protected Area Order is made.
