Order in Council 127/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 6(3) of Ontario Regulation 43/02, made under the Development Corporations Act , the Lieutenant Governor in Council may designate a member of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario as chair of the board;

And

whereas it is the intention that the chair now be re-designated;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of Ontario Regulation 43/02,

Lorelle Taylor of Kingston

be re-designated as part-time chair of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, commencing on February 2, 2018 and not extending past October 20, 2018 or the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first.
