OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated August 23, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 6.71 acres, more or less, situate at 126 South Albion Street, Amherst, Cumberland County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property to Plaza BNG Inc., of Fredericton, New Brunswick, for $1,800,000.00 and fulfillment of certain conditions set forth in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, said agreement attached as

Schedule "C"; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance and the agreement of Purchase and Sale in the attached form or on substantially similar terms as are satisfactory to the Minister, and such other documents as are appropriate, in such form as the Minister determines.
