Under the authority of subsection 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000,

I define the following area as the Victoria Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at the northwestern side of Gull Pond;

Then south 85

east 10,130 metres, more or less, to a

high point

Then north 66

east 4,630 metres, more or less;

Then north to the most eastern point of Forest Pond;

Then in a generally westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Forest Pond to the south corner of the eastern boundary of the land of the

Persalvic

Regional

High School

Then northward along that boundary to the main highroad to Salmon Cove;

Then northward 6,772 metres, more or less, to a hill, known elevation of 308 metres;

Then north 86

west 7171 metres, more or less;

Then in a generally southerly direction to the southeastern abutment of a

west, 1708 metres, more or less, to a point;

All bearings being referred to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 Topographic Mapping, UTM zone 22.
