OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 14, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 15, 2017, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2015-248 dated July 24, 2015; and (
b) assign responsibility for all affairs and matters relating to the Utility and Review Board and the Utility and Review Board Act to the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, who may also be described as the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act .
