OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 17, 2005, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2003-232 dated May 23, 2003, approving the issuance of a lease of a parcel of Crown land, containing 55.7 square metres (600 square feet), more or less, at Port Mouton, Queens County, to the Region of Queens Municipality, a body corporate with its head office at Liverpool, Queens County, for the purpose of maintaining a water hole and dry hydrant.
