OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated June 29, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended by

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5, approved by the Board of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation on June 27, 2005, as set out in the

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to be effective on and after July 8, 2005.
