Order in Council 340/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 50 (2) and 50 (3) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 ,

Brian Andrew Thomas O’Byrne of Toronto

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as chair of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
