OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated April 3, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Shirley Lee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission and designate her as Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, each for a term of three years commencing May 17, 2019; (

b) reappoint Kenneth Wheelans of Tusket, Yarmouth County as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years commencing May 17, 2019; and (

c) determine the remuneration for Shirley Lee as Vice-chair and member to be $39,000 per year, plus expenses, and determine the renumeration for Kenneth Wheelans to be $200 per one-half day, plus expenses.
