OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated August 8, 2006, pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 496 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Voluntary Planning Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Ronald E. Smith of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member and designate him Chair of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board for a term of three years commencing September 21, 2006; and (
b) appoint Russell T. MacDonald of Groves Point, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board for a term of three years commencing September 21, 2006.
