OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 1, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2013, the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals Act , and
Section 3 of the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professions Regulations , N.S. Reg. 115/2020, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2020-235 dated September 8, 2020, is pleased to appoint Stephan Hicks of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), and Paulette Anderson of Plymouth, Pictou County, and reappoint Hammed Mohiy un Din of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as public representatives of the Board of the College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals, each for a term of three (3) years commencing February 8, 2024.
