Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to appoint Rachel Kennedy of Halifax Regional Municipality, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective October 15, 2001.
