Statute: Boxing Authority Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated June 17, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989; the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Michael (Mickey) MacDonald of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of three (3) years commencing on June 26, 2014; (

b) designate Michael (Mickey) MacDonald as Chair of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority, and (

c) confirm that he shall receive remuneration in respect of his appointment at a rate of $2,000.00 per annum and $45.00 per meeting.
