Order in Council 391/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 1773/2017 be revoked, effective January 27, 2020.
