OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 3, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 29 of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2007, the Civil Forfeiture Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting civil forfeitures to prescribe the forms of notice required for real property and personal property that may be affected by the commencement of proceedings under the Act, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 31, 2011.
