Order in Council 1080/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1732/2021, dated December 9, 2021, Patrice Andrea Barnes was appointed as a member of the Durham Regional Police Services Board.

And

whereas Patrice Andrea Barnes has, in writing, resigned this appointment.

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the, Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1732/2021, dated December 9, 2021, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
