Order in Council 274/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1649/2022, dated December 1, 2022, Thomas A. Bird of Lanark was reappointed as a member of the Township of Lanark Highlands Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective from December 12, 2022;

And

whereas Thomas A. Bird is deceased;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1649/2022 dated December 1, 2022, reappointing Thomas A. Bird as a member of the Township of Lanark Highlands Police Services Board, is hereby revoked the date of this Order in Council.
