Statute: Solemnization of Marriage Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated February 12, 1999, pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of John Dickie of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made by Order in Council 87-1560; and (

b) appoint Neila MacDonald of Mulgrave, Guysborough County, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective December 1, 1998.
