Section 19 of

Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act 1

Section 40 of the Homes for Special Care Regulations, N.S. Reg. 127/1977, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 77-1261 dated October 11, 1977, is amended by striking out “the physician who prescribed the drug” and substituting “the prescriber”. 2 (1) Subsection 41(1) of the regulations is amended by (

a) striking out the period at the end of clause (

c) and substituting a semicolon; and 694
