OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, and Heritage, dated December 10, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , effective December 23, 2020, revokes the appointment of Dale Fawthrop of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a member of the Cumberland Regional Library Board made by Order in Council 2019-23.
