OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated November 16, 2005, pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of David S. Johnson, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Justice of the Peace until age 65, effective on and after February 11, 2006.
